ZANE
Zane Gray is an 8 year old gentleman. He came to OCAP after his owner passed away. He gets along with dogs and cats, is a very calm and chill guy. He loves attention and seeks pets. He is an absolute sweetheart and is sure to fill your heart with love and joy.

Taylor
Taylor is a senior female cat.
She does not like other cats and would need a home where she is the one and only queen bee.
She is overweight but she does not have any health concerns with her weight.
She would just need to be put on diet foods. She is very sweet and loving to her people.
Since she is a senior cat she is a part of our senior to senior program so her adoption fee is waived for a senior adopter.

Patty Ann
Miss Patty Ann is the sister to David(also available for adoption).
They were feral littermates that came to OCAP last year. Patty is a little shy at first but can be easily won over with snacks and pets. She loves attention and will flop over for more pets. Patty gets along well with other cats and is indifferent to dogs. She is a sweetheart.

Paisley
Paisley is a one year old female. She is a beautiful bullseye tabby that is very shy and timid. She does like pets but she will only come out for treats. She tends to hide most of the time so a quiet, calm home would be best for her. She does get along well with other cats and doesn’t mind dogs.

MERRIE
Merrie is a female kitten a little over one year old. She came in with her littermates kringle and holly. She is very affectionate. She loves beards and long hair (free groomimg!) She is a major snuggle bug and would love to join your family. She is sure to fill your heart with loads of love and joy.

KRINGLE
Kringle is a little over one year old. He came in with his littermates merrie and holly. He is quite affectionate and loves to cuddle. We often find all three of them snuggled up together in a chair. He is sure to fill your heart with all the love and joy you will ever need.

DAVID
David is the brother to Patty Ann(also available for adoption). They came in as feral littermates last year. He is very sweet and friendly. David is a vocal boy that loves attention and snacks. He gets along well with other cats and is indifferent to dogs.

Things to know when adopting an OCAP cat:
All OCAP cats have been tested for Feline Leukemia and Feline Immunodeficiency virus. On admission to the shelter, they are brought up to date on core vaccinations (currently Rabies and FVRCP). They are also treated for parasites, earmites, or noticeable health problems as needed.
All cats are spayed or neutered at the appropriate age. If a kitten is adopted before being spayed or neutered, OCAP will cover the usual and customary costs of the surgery at the appropriate time. The aforementioned veterinary services are covered by the standard $50.00 adoption fee.
Cat Adoption Fees:
- Cats aged 0 - 7 years old ---- $50
- Cats aged 8 years and up ---- $50
- Senior to Senior Free Program:
Cats aged 8 years and up are free to approved adopters aged 60 years and up. All Adoption Criteria applies.
**(Some cats may have a reduced fee if they are part of an adoption program or event, or sponsored.)
There is no way to know in advance how a new pet will fit into a family. For this reason, there’s a three-week trial period before an adoption becomes final. This allows the animal and the family to adjust to one another. If it doesn’t feel right for all concerned - people, adopted pet, other animals in the household - the animal may be returned for a full refund within that three-week period. After three weeks, the animal may be returned when space allows but without a refund. There’s no shame in returning an animal that doesn’t work out. Adoptions should be a source of joy for the family and the new pet. Anything less is unacceptable, and the best solution is to return the animal so it can find a more suitable home and the family can find the right pet for their circumstances.
